**Job Description**:
This Marketing Trainee is a great opportunity to equip solid marketing experience & skills for your career path through supporting senior product manager in deploying & ensuring execution excellence of marketing activities.

**PRIMARY ACTIVITIES**
- Support senior product manager in executing integrated marketing activities for both Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) & consumers
- Coordinate with cross-function team to deploy consumer disease education campaigns (digital & POSMs development)
- Work with sale & peers to execute events & digital activities to engage with HCPs
- Marketing materials preparation which including unbranded & branded materials
- A&P and KPI management for in-charged marketing activities
- Brand performance data tracking & analysis
- Learn marketing skillset: market understanding, product training; strategy thinking
- To learn and master all MSD policies & SOP to ensure compliance

**_ Desired Experience/Education: _**
- University graduate in Pharmacy or Medicine (or medical physician or pharmacist) or commercial.
- 1-2 years marketing/ sale experiences, preferred for experiences in pharmaceutical company

**_ Functional Competencies Required:_**
- Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, can-do attitude & willingness to learn
- English fluency
- Effective MS Office skills
- Experience and qualifications in marketing through a degree program, internship, or a previous job
