Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Executive Trainee based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Executive Trainee will assist teams with various operational, research, and project management activities to support the company's strategic goals. The role includes analyzing data, preparing reports, assisting in the implementation of processes, and coordinating across departments. The candidate will also gain exposure to diverse projects in technology solutions like AI, ERP implementation, and cloud services.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Basic understanding of AI, cloud services, and ERP platforms, including tools like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Marketing Platform (GMP), or Odoo.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact effectively with teams and external stakeholders.
  • Project management, organizational, and time management abilities, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools for reporting and documentation purposes.
  • Open to learning new technologies and processes to support operational efficiency and innovation.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in related fields or industries is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
