(Mức lương: 23 - 34 triệu VNĐ)
Responsibilities include:
1. VENDOR MANAGEMENT:

- Identifying new vendors in North Vietnam
- Sending out Request For Quotation to existing and prospective vendors
- Following up with vendors on quote status.
- Providing feedback on quotes to vendors
- Identifying prospective vendors for on-site audits based on bid competitiveness

2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

- Redaction of technical drawings
- Working via our project management software to manage quote requests
- Dividing RFQ’s by manufacturing process
- Qualifying received bids according to project requirements and vendor capabilities
- Uploading and tracking bids to project management program
- Linking like tasks for historical reference
- Update Project Management system and manage status changes

3. OPERATIONS:

- Maintaining company profiles, equipment lists, capability matrix for bidding factories
- Breaking out quotes into specific cost inputs before production
- Organizing vendors met at trade shows: details and follow ups
- Update Project Management system and manage status changes
- Production scheduling & Planning

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Vietnamese + English proficiency required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Material Science or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years minimum of experience in Manufacturing Operation/Support
- Experience in Casting, CNC Machining, Forging or other metal manufacturing processes
- Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with vendors and management
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines
- Ability to independently lead teams and execute on functional responsibilities
- Experience with factory costing a plus**Benefits**:
