**What you will be responsible for**:

- Development and introduction of new suppliers and new materials, making comparisons across multiple dimensions such as price, payment terms, delivery cycle, and quality to bring in high-quality suppliers and meet material supply needs.
- Keep track of market price fluctuations of key materials, understand market trends, analyze the data, and control costs accordingly.
- Organize the evaluation of qualified suppliers in terms of price, quality, and delivery time, implement a tiered supplier management system, continuously optimize resources, and ensure a healthy supplier database.
- Strictly issue purchase orders (PO) based on PR requirements and order allocation results, monitor material lead times in a timely manner, and ensure on-time, quality, and quantity delivery to support smooth production.
- Assist in the material sampling process for R&D teams and continuously optimize and update the preferred components library, manage material approvals, and handle the co-signing and archiving of approval documents.
- Address material quality issues and delivery time exceptions effectively.

**How you will stand out**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement development, with familiarity in supplier development and management processes; experience in industries such as electronic components or mechanical parts is preferred.
- Proficient in procurement cost control strategies, with keen market price sensitivity and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent supplier negotiation skills, strong logical thinking, and exceptional data analysis capabilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and well-honed communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in using Excel and other office software, as well as ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as necessary, with the ability to work under pressure.
