- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in line with company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships by understanding client needs, providing exceptional service, and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and drive revenue.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the unique needs of potential clients.
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences to build brand visibility and develop industry connections.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and performance metrics

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales. Preferably in the entertainment, events, or ticketing industry.
- 2+ years experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within a ticketing, events, entertainment, or related technology industry.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop business strategies, and close deals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, industry events, and client presentations.
- Proficient in English
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ticketing platforms, event management software, or related SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of the event industry landscape and emerging trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
