**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure architectural consistency across systems, services, APIs.
- Lead architectural discussions and provide guidance on design patterns, scalability, and best practices.
- Conduct architectural reviews, technical debt assessments, and performance optimizations.
- Share knowledge, fostering a strong engineering culture.

**Yêu cầu**:
**Technical Skills**
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in doing software design on team.
- Proficiency in microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java or Go).
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, and data lakes) and understanding scalable data architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, ETL pipelines, and real-time data processing.

**Soft Skills**
- Ability to influence architectural decisions.
- Well problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Passion for growing engineering teams.
- Business Domain knowledge
- Familiarity with payments, transactions, or fintech systems is a advantage.
