**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 8 - 13 triệu VNĐ)
- Lên kế hoạch, triển khai & tối ưu hóa các chiến dịch User Acquisition (UA) trên đa nền tảng (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads ) để tăng lượt tải và DAU.
- Làm việc với team creative để test short-form video ads, in-app creatives, và A/B testing landing page/app store asset.
- Theo dõi và phân tích hiệu quả chiến dịch qua các hệ thống đo lường (MMP như Appsflyer/Adjust, Firebase), tối ưu chỉ số CPI, ROAS, CAC.
- Đề xuất chiến lược tăng trưởng mới: chiến dịch influencer, pre-launch test, viral loop
- Theo dõi & phân tích hành vi người dùng từ data để điều chỉnh insight và creative angle.
- Hợp tác chặt chẽ với product team để thiết lập event tracking, đo lường funnel và hành vi người dùng sau khi cài đặt.
- Báo cáo định kỳ & chủ động đề xuất chiến dịch tăng trưởng đột phá.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí UA/Performance Marketing trong lĩnh vực mobile app/game. Ưu tiên đã từng làm tại studio game hoặc startup có tốc độ scale nhanh.
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai chiến dịch App Promotion trên các kênh: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads.
- Biết sử dụng và đọc data từ các công cụ như Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Firebase, GA, và biết setup tracking/event.
- Có tư duy logic, phân tích tốt và hiểu các chỉ số tăng trưởng (CPI, ROAS, CAC, LTV ).
- Có khả năng thử nghiệm sáng tạo, không ngại “đốt tiền” để tìm insight hiệu quả.
- Yêu thích thời trang, sáng tạo nội dung hoặc AI là điểm cộng lớn.
- Kỹ năng teamwork, giao tiếp tốt, tinh thần chủ động và cầu tiến.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh từ khá trở lên (đọc hiểu tài liệu, làm việc với platform quốc tế).
