- _Air ticket reservation, quotation according to customer's requests, ticket change/ refund._
- _Follow up bookings, process and support online ticket bookings._
- _Handle customer requests related to booking & support services such as online check-in, meal reservation, luggage, other related booking, Visa, Tour, Hotel, car, train,and orther booking task._
- _Manage assigned customer list._

**Job Requirements**
- _At least 06 months as a Booker or experience in Travel/ Visa/ Hotel/ Touris a plus_
- _Proficient of Airline Reservations ( Abacus, Amadeus, Sabre, ), Airasia, Cebu pacific, Lion Air, Tiger Airways, Jetstar, Air Mekong, Vietjet Air, VietNam Airline, _
- _Strong understanding passport and visa processing, Tour, booking hotel, _
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment._
- _Good communication and presentation skills._
