**1. Mô tả công việc**
- Lên kế hoạch, sản xuất và quản lý **content calendar** theo tháng/quý.
- Đảm bảo **chất lượng & tính đồng bộ brand voice** trên toàn bộ nội dung.
- Phân công, review & quản lý các nội dung phụ (social post, visual nhỏ, hỗ trợ event) cho intern/freelancer/agency.
- Phối hợp với team Marketing để phân tích hiệu quả nội dung, tối ưu conversion.
- Đề xuất sáng kiến & thử nghiệm các hoạt động mới trong inbound/growth marketing.

**2. Yêu cầu công việc**
- **4+ năm kinh nghiệm** tại vị trí Content Marketing, Copywriter hoặc tương đương.
- Xuất sắc trong **viết & biên tập nội dung** (SEO content, content B2B/B2C, inbound).
- Có khả năng **tổ chức, quản lý nội dung** và làm việc với team/intern/freelancer.
- Hiểu về **customer journey, lead nurturing, inbound marketing**.
- Thành thạo các công cụ cơ bản**:Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO tools (SEMrush), Zoho hoặc tương đương**.
- Có kinh nghiệm lead team 2-3 bạn là lợi thế
