- Oversee the process of notifying the DAV and obtaining regulatory approvals for new and existing cosmetic products within agreed timelines.
- Support marketing teams in securing product advertising licenses.
- Maintain and update the database of notified or approved products by brand.
- Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance for all notified products throughout their lifecycle.
- Monitor and compile relevant news clippings in Vietnam.
- Prepare Vietnamese sub-labels in accordance with local regulations.
- Track regulatory changes and provide regular updates to RHQ.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Qualification and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs field in beauty or similar industries
- Having prior experiences in health supplements would be preferred.
- Having prior managerial position would be preferred
- Those with good relationships with DAV or similar government agencies in Vietnam will have top priority

Skill Sets
- Business Acumen/Commercial Awareness and numerically inclined;
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Stay current on statutory and market changes and trends;
- Good at English communication

Personal Attributes
- Passion in Regulatory Affairs field or in cosmetics and personal skin care;
- Meticulous, detailed, resourceful, has initiative, and willing to be “hands-on” when required;
- Self-motivated, committed, determined, diligent and trustworthy nature;
- Possess a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, and able to work beyond contractual work hours when required;
- Able to work autonomously and be a dedicated team player in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Ensuring that all the products to be marketed in Vietnam are notified or approved by DAV
