**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Interactive Frontend Developer to join our interactive studio team. In this role, you will specialize in building interactive experiences such as mini-games, playable ads, and interactive microsites using React, Vue, and modern front-end frameworks. While you will have some back-end exposure, your primary focus will be on crafting engaging, high-performance front-end experiences that bridge the gap between design and development.

**How will YOU contribute to the Team?**
- Develop highly interactive web experiences such as mini-games, playable ads, and interactive landing pages.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to bring creative concepts to life.
- Work with React, Vue, and other modern front-end technologies to build visually compelling user experiences.

Maintain and improve existing front-end components and frameworks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Implement best practices in UI/UX, animations, and browser performance optimizations.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies, such as WebGL, Three.js, PixiJS, Phaser, or BabylonJS, to create cutting-edge interactive experiences.
- Work within a fast-paced environment and iterate quickly based on client feedback and project requirements.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Proven experience as a Front-End or Full Stack Developer with a strong front-end focus.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS
- Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or other modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong understanding of interactive web development and game mechanics for browser-based experiences.
- Familiarity with animation libraries and frameworks (e.g., GSAP, Three.js, PixiJS, Phaser, WebGL).
- Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex, Zustand).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, caching, and asset management.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflow
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Node.js, Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django), or Go.
- Exposure to backend development, database management, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Firebase).
- Understanding of WebAssembly, WebGPU, or other advanced web technologies.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools to collaborate with designers.
- Experience working on AdTech, gamification, or digital marketing project
- Strong interest in exploring emerging technologies such as AR/VR, AI-driven interfaces, and interactive storytelling
