**Mission Description**
- Build a frontend framework for Mantu Group ERP System which is used by thousands of employees around the world, crossing different domains as HR, Finance, Business, and all other corporate functions.

**Key Responsibility**:

- **Technical Leadership**: Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of frontend engineers. Lead by example in best practices, code quality, and architecture decisions.
- **Code Quality**: Enforce coding standards and best practices, conducting code reviews and setting a high bar for code quality and performance.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and champion the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve our frontend development processes.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to translate business requirements into elegant and user-friendly frontend solutions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of frontend code, architecture, and best practices.
- **Troubleshooting**: Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex frontend issues and provide timely resolutions.

**Profile Requirement**

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in frontend software development.
- Proven track record in leading and architecting frontend solutions.
- Significant experience working with SPA, and micro frontend architectures.

**Technical skills**:

- Proficiency in Vue 2, Vue 3, Pinia, Webpack, and Vite.
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated build tools.
- Experience with UI component development, with a focus on Quasar framework components is a plus.
- Familiarity with custom CLI development and code generators.
- Good understanding of design systems, particularly the Indigo design system.
- Migration to SPA + Web API: Experience in transitioning from traditional frontend apps or universal apps to Single Page Applications (SPAs) with Web APIs is advantageous.
- Migration to Vue 3: Knowledge and experience in migrating from Vue 2 to Vue 3 is a valuable addition, showcasing familiarity with the latest Vue.js features and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.

**Benificial technical skills**:

- .NET Core: Valuable for backend/frontend interactions and API development.
- Node.js: Essential for custom CLI and frontend process optimization.
- Azure DevOps: Streamlines development and enhances automation for efficiency.

**Salary**: From 30,000,000₫ per month
