**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Take responsibilities for business continuity of the IT system infrastructure.
- Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups.
- Ensure data integrity by periodically testing restore processes.
- Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Use monitoring tools to detect and respond to security breaches and threats.
- Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize software on computer systems.
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
- Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
- Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Certified in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
- Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Linux, Comptia IT certification.
- At least two years' experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, React, Nodejs)
- Familiarity with Docker/K8s.
- Effective communication, and time management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
