- Ensure the timely delivery of quality products at the lowest possible cost;
- Đảm bảo cung cấp kịp thời các sản phẩm chất lượng với chi phí thấp nhất có thể;
- Participates in the selection of suppliers based on a criteria;
- Tham gia vào việc lựa chọn nhà cung cấp;
- Conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices;
- Tiến hành phân tích so sánh về giá của nhà cung cấp;
- Reviews and evaluates the performance of the suppliers;
- Xem xét và đánh giá hoạt động của các nhà cung cấp;
- Ensures the proper management of procurement department operation in the absence of the Head of department;
- Đảm bảo sự hoạt động của bộ phận thu mua khi vắng mặt Trưởng bộ phận;
- Carries out all necessary procurement activities;
- Thực hiện tất cả các hoạt động thu mua cần thiết;
- Ensures the proper processing of assigned customer orders;
- Đảm bảo xử lý đúng các đơn đặt hàng của khách hàng được giao;
- Verifies quantification of orders;
- Xác minh định lượng đơn đặt hàng;
- Verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget.
- Xác minh rằng đơn đặt hàng được yêu cầu nằm trong ngân sách đã thỏa thuận.

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- Have Degree in Accounts/Finance;
- Tốt nghiệp đại học/cao đẳng ngành tài chính, kế toán;
- Have experience at least 1 year in the related position
- Tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
- Have experience in hospitality or F&B industry is a plus;
- Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành nhà hàng khách sạn là một điểm cộng
- Communicate well (oral and written) in Vietnamese and English;
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và viết tốt (cả tiếng Anh lẫn tiếng Việt);
- Be bright and sociable, strong attitude to tackle problems.
- Hòa đồng và có kỹ năng giải quyết các tình huống tốt.
