Lead Business Analyst

**About the Role**:
Multiple positions are available across business domains including Airline Commercial, Revenue Management, Cargo, Flight Operations, Crew Management, Aircraft MRO, Contact Center, Corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Facilities Management, Transportation, Procurement etc.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate communication as a primary interface between the customer/business and the technology teams.
- Collaborate, Collect, analyze and model business needs and requirements.
- Create detailed user stories, process flows and other associated documents required for User experience and technical teams to design and carry out development without ambiguity
- Support the product owner with the decision making process and shape up the right product
- Support the technical lead / architect in designing the technical framework that meets the desired business outcomes of the solution envisioned.
- Support quality assurance team members in test case scenarios and ensure quality and integrity of overall solution and customer experience.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming and sprint review meetings and contribute to continuous improvements to the efficiency and quality of the processes
- Help prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Ensure project and product objectives are met with scope, timeline, cost and overall budget allocations
- Provide mentoring and coaching to business analysts. Contribute in setting best practices and standards for the organization wide BA Center of Practice.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree with atleast total work experience of 10 years as Business Analyst.
- Airline or hospitality or retail industry knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban) and Proven experience of at least 3 years as Business Analyst in Agile environment.
- Proficiency in using Agile project/product management tools.
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Must have excellent problem solving, solution creation and critical thinking skills.
- Exposure in working with stakeholders to understand their requirements and also develop teams.
- Ability to support the product owner with decision-making processes.
- Adherence to quality and process compliance.
- Certifications in Business analysis and Agile is considered a plus. E.g. PSPO, PSM, CSPO, CSM, PMI-PBA, CBAP, IIBA-AAC or similar.
- This role is based in Doha,Qatar and would require relocation.
