Business Intelligence, Specialist who contributes to Partnership Distribution growth by measuring all business operations and increasing Technology.Digital.Analytics strategy adoption through technological and reporting automation.

Reporting line: Manager, Strategic Planning & Business Intelligence

Location: Hochiminh City

Function: Partnership Distribution I Department: Partnership Business Management

Role: Individual Contributor

Roles & Responsibilities
- Making certain that the database is accessible, organized, and ready to track all business operations.
- Developing solutions and providing performance insight via daily, weekly, and monthly reporting in collaboration with the sales and operations teams.
- Advising sales teams on how to work together with partners and managing data reconciliation tasks.
- Work together with the IT team to establish a data warehouse or data mart, automate report generation, and enhance data quality by centralizing, organizing, and cleaning data.
- Implementing business performance measurement tools and ensuring end users can use them for efficient company management
- Monitor performance and provide other teams advice
- Additional duties assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or IT
- At least 4+ years of experience in similar position in insurance, banking or financial industry.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Access, experienced with BI tool (Power BI, Tableur, ) is an advantage.
- Good at data management skills
- Business acumen
- Ability in project managements, stakeholder managements
