Accountant

We are looking for a qualified Accountant to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform and review the accounting works for preparation of financial statements and other required reports in a timely and accurate manner;
- Prepare and review all statutory tax declarations i.e. VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT and other tax matters related;
- Prepare and review payroll for local and foreign employees, including calculation and declaration for PIT, SI, HI, UI
- Ensure that the accounting, tax and advisory services provided to clients are at the highest level of tax effectiveness, compliant with Vietnam current laws and regulations as well as compatible with clients’ internal practices;
- Work with independent auditors during audit process and other third parties i.e. tax, customs, social insurance, suppliers, etc. on behalf of clients if required;
- Maintain good communication with clients, answer their questions and advise them on tax and accounting compliance and effectiveness;
- Identify significant issues/risks from daily transactions of client’s activities, timely raise the issues and propose solutions to the clients.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Certified graduate from universities in finance/accounting areas;
- Certificate for practicing as a tax agent or rendering consulting services on tax procedures and be qualified conditions to register as tax agent (24 hours update knowledge annually) is a big plus;
- Minimum 2+ years of work experience in accounting and tax practices for business process outsourcing or professional accounting services firms;
- Proven experience as team or project manager in an accounting services or consulting firms with international clients is a big plus;
- Proficient in current accounting software; access to relevant databases and authority portals, if any, is beneficial;
- Previous experience in international teams is a big plus;
- Good oral and written skills both, in English and Vietnamese;
- Professionalism, dedication, integrity and trustworthiness;
- Ability to multi-task under high pressure, and to complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines;
- Long term commitment in a fast-spinning, growing and international work environment;.
