**About This Role**:

We are looking for a **Project Recruiter** to join our **People Team**, working on THIENTU's hiring projects. You’ll play a vital role in acquiring and attracting exceptional talent to build a world-class team.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a Project Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment life cycle for a variety of roles. This involves:

- Collaborating with the recruitment team and engaging directly with the client HR team to understand project-specific manpower needs, align on requirements, and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Support all necessary administration relating to the hiring process

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- ** Experience**: 01 years in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or related fields (expertise in sourcing is a plus but not required).
- ** Passion for Recruitment**: A genuine interest in people and talent acquisition.
- ** Target-Driven Approach**: A strong focus on achieving quality outcomes.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
