**Product Specialist - Radiology**

**The Product Specialist has the responsibility/ **_Chuyên viên sản phẩm có nhiệm vụ sau:_**
- To promote Bayer Radiology products to specialist healthcare professionals, key decision makers and other relevant target groups to meet/exceed expectations for assigned product(s) within the allocated territory
- Xúc tiến để các sản phẩm Chẩn đoán hình của Bayer đến với các chuyên gia chăm sóc sức khỏe và các nhóm mục tiêu có liên quan khác để đạt/ vượt mong đơi cho (các) sản phẩm được giao trong địa bàn được phân bổ_
- To execute Customer Engagement Excellence to specific target Customers and thereby enhance Customer partnership
- Thực hiện các hoat đông tương tác với khách hàng trên các khách hàng mục tiêu cụ thể và nâng cao quan hệ hợp tác với khách hàng._
- To adhere to local regulations, industry, and company policies and code of conduct

- Achieve expectations, growth, market share and listing targets for assigned brands
- Đạt được các mong đơi & tăng trưởng, thị phần và danh mục cho các nhãn hàng được giao_
- Plan, orchestrate and execute HCP engagements based on HCP needs & priorities
- Lập kế hoạch, điều phối và thực hiện các hoạt động gắn kết HCP dựa trên nhu cầu và ưu tiên của HCP_
- Report customer engagement activities in Veeva CRM and take advantage of all available functionality for enhancing customer interaction and experiences
- Báo cáo các hoạt động gắn kết khách hàng trên hệ thống Veeva CRM và tận dụng tất cả chức năng sẵn có để tăng cường tương tác và trải nghiệm với khách hàng_
- Monitor and communicate competition activity to Managers to reflect market dynamics and potential counteracts
- Giám sát và báo cáo các hoạt động cạnh tranh đến Quản lý để phản ánh thị trường và các bất lợi tiềm ẩn_
- Organize / Set-up regular scientific updates (e.g. RTD, Scientific meetings) for HCP groups in alignment with defined marketing strategies.
- Tổ chức cập nhật khoa học thường xuyên (ví dụ: thảo luận,hội nghị, hội thảo khoa học) cho HCP phù hợp với chiến lược marketing._
- Self-develop on latest medical/clinical knowledge, brand strategy and tactics, competitive landscape and standard platforms in order to challenge the status quo
- Tự cập nhật kiến thức y khoa/ lâm sàng, chiến lược và chiến thuật của nhãn hàng, tình hình cạnh tranh và nền tảng tiêu chuẩn mới nhất để thách thức thực trạng_
- Collaborate with and provide feedback to Marketing on strategies and tactics and identify potential new sources of business
- Phối hợp và phản hồi với bộ phận Marketing về chiến lược, xác định các nguồn mới tiềm năng_
- Comply with local regulations, industry, and company policies and code of conduct.

Supports organization strategy and growth ambitions by delivering expetations and growth of assigned brands. Continuously improve quality of Customer Engagement Excellence (CEE) promotional activities assigned to specific target Customers. Identifies new opportunities for growth and helps build strong relationships with HCPs while adhering to Bayer compliance guidelines.
