The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

**About the Team**:

- The Business Development and Partnerships Team at Shopee is dynamic and full of energy. The teams are always looking for ways to seize business opportunities to position Shopee as the number one e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The goal of the Business Development and Partnerships Team is to offer Shopee shoppers a diverse range of products at the best prices.
- Collaborate with the Account team in terms of planning and execution to grow key partners’ business on ShopeeFood.
- Plan and manage campaigns with an out-of-the-box and can-do attitude to create case studies while bringing satisfaction to brands.
- Manage stakeholders as other Marketing teams, Business Development team and Operations team to deliver the best result for campaigns/activities.
- Monitor real time, alert stakeholders and take immediate actions in case of any issues that may affect campaign KPIs and Customer Experience.
- Coordinate with others to evaluate and analyze problems; find out the root causes and propose solutions.
- Analyzing data and providing reports to Leader & Manager.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to propose and regularly update SOPs to ensure the effectiveness of the operations process.
- Maintain and build up long-term relationships with key partners across diversified categories in F&B, FMCG, payment, lifestyles, government affairs etc.

**Requirements**:

- Have at least 3 years experience in Partnership/ Account Management/ Business Development / Strategy Consulting or related role.
- Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Experience in executing brands' marketing budget and reporting.
- Team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Office: Excel, PowerPoint.
- Critical thinking, multitasking and creative thinking
- Digital knowledge.
