**Lead Generation**:
**Sales and Business Development**:

- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.
- Drive the sales process by presenting our CRM Loyalty.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Gather useful information/ insight from client to create attractively matching proposal for their demands.
- Track and report on the status of proposal until the deal finalization.
- Coordinate with partner’s & internal team to follow up with project implementation.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients to ensure their success with our solutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Market Study:

- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to clients and their industries.
- Keep updated with market & competitions.

**Report and Analysis**:

- Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and revenue growth on a monthly basis.
- Support in creating and implementing processes and policies to support the overall business.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Good command of English is a must.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales B2B, especially SaaS or Digital Agency.
- Excellent communication and negotiation, interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong passion to be a successful early-stage startup team member.
- High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, proactive & flexible.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
