- Sales experience or a proven track record of relevant work experiences demonstrating student recruitment and/or sales ability.
- Ability and passion to create new ideas and strategies for marketing postgraduate programmes.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategies.
- Excellent consulting and presentation skills, with a strong sales aptitude, customer focus and ability for relationship building.
- Strong ability to build relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Desirable _
- Study or working background from international universities in Vietnam or overseas
- Experience in working with professional database management/CRM systems is an advantage
- Understanding of Education: Familiarity with postgraduate education and the Vietnamese education landscape is a significant advantage.
