We are offering internships for IDP Vietnam IELTS in HA NOI, HO CHI MINH CITY, and DA NANG.

**ROLE PURPOSE***

The IELTS Intern will be responsible for supporting the IELTS team in Vietnam in delivering high-quality English language testing and training services. The intern will work closely with the IELTS team to ensure that all aspects of the IELTS program are delivered to the highest standards.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES***
- Supporting Test Administration: Provide administrative support to the IELTS team, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing, to ensure accurate documentation and reporting of test-related activities.
- Test Day Preparation and Support:

- Aid in the preparation of test materials, including question papers, answer sheets, and administrative documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IELTS standards.
- Assist in the setup and preparation of testing venues, including the arrangement of equipment, seating, and signage, to ensure a conducive environment for test takers.
- Support in the invigilation of test sessions to maintain test security and integrity

**PROFESSIONAL **AND INTERPERSONAL REQUIREMENTS***
- Qualifications: Senior or fresh graduate.
- Completes tasks accurately and in sufficient detail
- Observes the need for confidentiality and security
- Responds positively to guidance and advice
- Communicates effectively and treats others with respect
- Posseses strong organizational skills
- Be confident in using technology

**AVAILABILITY**
- Minimal internship duration: 6 months
