**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development of workflows, forms, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
- Document processes, solutions, and user guides for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow features and best practices.
- Contribute to team meetings and share ideas for process improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Last year student graduated from universities or colleges with relevant majors such as Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, SQL, etc.
- Good communicate in English, having English Certificate is a plus.
- Available to work join a 3-month full-time internship.
- **Commit to working at least 12 months after completing the Program.**
