**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow projects from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior ServiceNow engineers and other team members.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and industry trends.
- Document solutions, processes, and procedures for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proven experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers or team members.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, data migrations, and automation.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
