**Mô tả công việc**:
**_ Client Coordination:_**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand and interpret client requirements, ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with clients to develop a deep understanding of their brand, product, and quality expectations.

**_ Order Management:_**
- Manage the end-to-end process of order execution, from order placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor production schedules and address any issues that may impact delivery timelines.

**_ Costing and Pricing:_**
- Conduct cost analysis for materials and production processes to determine accurate pricing.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure pricing strategies align with company objectives and market standards.

**_ Quality Assurance:_**
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections at various stages of production to ensure quality compliance.

**_ Market Research:_**
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product development and improvements based on market intelligence.

**Yêu cầu ứng viên**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Garment Manufacturing or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in Merchandising, preferably in the Fashion or Garment Manufacturing industry.
- Professional English is a must.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Technical knowledge of garment manufacturing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
