- Following and processing documents according to internal process (requesting payment, invoices and documents, submitting documents)
- Summarize sales out, inventory data, monthly and quarterly sales as required by CM (e.g., according to goods category, suppliers.)
- Calculate incentives for sales team/ retailers in promotion and displayed program.
- Sourcing, working with vendors to brief POSM; follow activities, checking photos & sales out of activities.
- Support CM in other reporting tasks as assigned (including tasks of Distribution)

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- Major in Accounting, Finance, Marketing.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel)số
- Task management skill
- Hard-working
- At least 1 experiences in Admin related to Trade Marketing.
