Job Summary:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will help manage the day to day marketing activities through supporting marketing campaigns and strategizing and executing on other marketing activities to help enhance our company's visibility and attract clients. This role is ideal for someone who can wear multiple hats and is ready to contribute to various aspects of marketing and branding.

Key Respnsibilities:

- Help generate ideas and propose content marketing campaigns for the year, serving specific goals in each period.
- Help develop ideas and deploy content in online and offline channels to increase customer awareness of Code Engine Studio.
- Coordinate with our marketing partners to implement multi-channel marketing activities to increase potential leads and customers for the company.
- Maintain and update the company's website with new content including blog posts, case studies, and project highlights.
- Manage company social media accounts by creating engaging content and monitor comments and KPIs.
Collaborate with designers to help create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
- Plan and execute client appreciation initiatives, including gift campaigns and loyalty programs.
Gather and report on results of marketing channels and campaigns based on the ideal customer profile for the company.
- Report and analyze performance indicators on marketing activities, help shape marketing strategies. Assist with the Marketing Lead in other special projects or marketing programs.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in IT industry or a B2B environment.
- Strong project management skills and attention to details.
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills.
- Data analysis skill and critical thinking mindset to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Fluent English skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams and freelancers.
- Experience working in the tech industry or software services is a plus
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation systems
