Working location: Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hue
- Support to organize workshops, support CRP with End-users to consult and complete the requirement / UI / UX document in terms of technical technology
- Conduct research and build technical solutions in accordance with customer’s requirement
- Writing system architecture design documents, building framework for the system.
- Research and make demo for CRP in case of need.
- Build technical lead team for the project

**Job Qualifications**

**Basic Qualification**:

- Be fluent in Japanese (N2 up)
- Have at least 2 years of IT experience with projects working with End-users customers
- Have good problem analysis and presentation skills
- At least 3 years of experience in building and developing high level design documents such as RD ~ BD
- Have management skills and understanding of Agile, Warterfall software development management methods
- Ability to propose and persuade
- Proficient in UML, Design and Modeling tools
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Have 5 years or more as a technical leader

**Nice to have**:

- Proficient and specialized in multiple languages and technology platforms
- Experienced in building big data database systems
- Experienced in consulting and finding solutions based on package platforms such as Dynamic 365, Power Platform
