**JOB OVERVIEW**
- We are looking for **Senior Automation Test** work in domain healthcare

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design and implement comprehensive **Test Plans** and **Test Strategies** for complex systems
- Perform **manual and automated testing** across frontend and backend components
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Create and maintain **test cases, test scripts**, and **test data**:

- Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Ensure testing activities align with ISTQB standards and best practices
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively in English with global teams and stakeholders.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing, including both frontend and backend testing
- Strong experience in creating and executing **Test Plans** and **Test Strategies**:

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
