Accountant

**Job responsibilities**:

- Manage and summarize sales data on Amazon and international e-commerce platforms:

- Coordinate with internal teams to retrieve sales data from Amazon (Seller Central, Advertising Reports, Inventory Reports...)
- Prepare detailed P&L, Inventory,... reports for each store, each product line.
- Analyze revenue-cost fluctuations, evaluate financial performance periodically.
- Process and standardize accounting reports at Vietnamese and international legal entities:

- Record and fully reflect accounting transactions into the accounting system.
- Check and compare accounting documents, invoices, receipts, payments, bank statements, contracts, payment minutes, related documents.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports according to Vietnamese and international accounting standards IFRS.
- Manage and control revenues and expenditures.
- Support tax and audit work:

- Store and preserve documents and books in accordance with regulations to serve tax reporting in Vietnam and internationally.

You need**:

- Graduated from university majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance.
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a general accountant or auditor. Experience in the e-commerce industry (especially international e-commerce) is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand specialized English (read reports of international e-commerce platforms, IFRS standards).
- Professional skills:

- Proficiency in accounting-related software (MISA, Fast). Experience using accounting software Quickbook/Xero or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheet; priority given to those who know how to use analytical tools such as Power BI/Tableau.
- Understand and be proficient in implementing tax regulations and laws related to accounting.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Other skills:

- Have logical analytical thinking, good data processing skills.
- Meticulous, honest and proactive in finding solutions to problems.
- Willing to learn and work with international systems (Amazon, IFRS, multinational).
- Able to work independently and persistently with big data, not afraid of trial and error and improvement.
- Ability to work under high pressure and adhere to deadlines.
