**About the Role**

Birmingham International Collegiate of Canada (BICC) is seeking a **Student Recruitment & Admissions Officer** to lead our recruitment efforts in **Vietnam**. This role is ideal for a proactive and ambitious professional with a deep understanding of international education and student recruitment in Vietnam.

You will develop and implement recruitment strategies, build relationships with students and education agents, and represent BICC at education fairs and networking events. The goal is to increase enrollment from Vietnam and provide outstanding support to prospective students.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Student Advising & Recruitment**
- Support students with academic and cultural adaptation.
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing assistance.

**Marketing & Business Development**
- Develop and execute student recruitment strategies targeted at the Vietnamese market.
- Build partnerships with education agents, high schools, and other institutions.
- Represent BICC at international education fairs, networking events, and presentations.

**Admissions & Administrative Support**
- Manage enrollment processes and liaise with education partners.
- Prepare orientation materials, student guides, and recruitment documents.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance student recruitment efforts.

**Who We're Looking For**
- **Experience**: Minimum **3 years** in student recruitment (Vietnam & international markets).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- **Skills**: Strong marketing, sales, and networking abilities.
- **Language**: Fluent in **Vietnamese** and **English** (both written and spoken).
- **Travel**: Willing to travel within Vietnam and internationally (expenses covered).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From 317,850,300₫ per year
