It sets out how we are transforming our portfolio moving away from fossil fuels, virgin plastics, wastage of water etc. Join our team today and live the Home Care Purpose to “Make your home a better world, and our world a better home” Summary of Role: This role will support Home Care SEA Strategy & Innovation lead, and dComm Portfolio & Innovation lead to drive Home Care innovation agenda in SEA BU, accelerate future-fit dComm portfolio, and build capability for SEA Home Care marketing community. Key Responsibilities: Driving category strategy: - Support LM on Home Care SEA strategy development and tracking on deployment Developing innovation - Identify the strategic direction of category development, including the source of growth, demand creation model, and business plan, based on solid understanding of the external market, the TA, categories and brands - Support developing of regional or lead market innovations from conceptualization, packaging design, pricing strategy, channel strategy, POSM to full launch toolkit - Work closely with cross functional team including R&D, CMI, SC, Finance, CD in order to deliver projects on time in full - Work with advertising and PR agencies to brief, design and deliver specific elements of projects and marketing campaigns - Work with key stakeholders in key countries to monitor in-market execution against agreed KPIs - Monitor business and competitors closely and identify new opportunities and challenges and develop solutions Accelerating dComm - Rigorously track value dense innovation funnel, consolidating the view from local, regional (BU) and global teams - Develop value dense innovations fit for dComm channel at BU level (similar duties in “Developing innovation”) - Regional campaign development (TBC) Building marketing capability: - Develop best practices to be cascaded and tracked across SEA HC BU, including but not limited to capabilities around dComm 7OA, GOTFL, new digital channels etc Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above - Minimum 2-3 years experience in brand manager or innovatiomanager (Brand Development experience is a plus) - Regional or local innovation development - Effectively collaborate with cross functional teams - Experience with design, advertising and PR agencies - Experience with Innoflex is a plus - Experience of communicating with global brand teams is a plus - Experience in dComm related work is a plus
