**Resposibilities**:
- ** Sales Operations Management (40%)**:
- Design and implement Sales Operations best practices and initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve Sales Operations capability across the business.
- Enforce regional compliance on internal sales operations best practices.
- ** Process Management (20%)**:
- Manage the design, implementation and enforcement of processes related to Ninja Mart’s sales cycle. Regularly review and make improvements to these processes with the goal of maximizing productivity, margins and minimizing business risk.
- ** Performance Management (20%)**:
- Track and report sales performance metrics.
- Design and implement programs and incentive schemes to boost sales performance across the business.
- Work directly with senior leadership to ensure that sales performance is optimal
- ** CRM Management (20%)**:
- Ensure data completeness in the CRM system and review operational records to ensure data accuracy for sales and lead gen teams.
**Requirements**:
- ** Experience Required**:
- At least 5 years work experience in a commercial management role or Sales Ops role
- Professional management experience in sales operations, sales management and product management required.
- Proven track record of successful product development in a fast paced environment
- ** Education / Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, communications, or other related fields.
- ** Skills**:
- Proficiency in CRM management, preferably Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Product Knowledge
- Experience in Employee Trainings
- ** Core Competencies**:
- Team Management and Coaching
- Communication, Active Listening, Problem Solving, Creative Thinking
- ** Language Requirements**:
- Professional fluency in English required
- Mandarin Literacy would be a strong plus
