- Main person responsible for the Aircraft Performance of Vietjet Air’s fleet
- Support FOE Manager on Aircraft System and EFB Administration
- Perform Payload analysis, calculate and issue Take-off Performance Chart
- Perform Aircraft Performance Monitoring, Airport and en-route procedures study
- Ensure that runway/obstacles data used for take-off and landing computation are correctly updated and valid
- Ensure that needed take-off and landing computations are updated and available on board the aircraft
- Ensure that the setting of flight planning system used by the flight dispatch is correctly set
- Co-ordinate with all related department when Minimum Equipment List (MEL) items which may affect to the aircraft performance are raised
- Follow up and update data of departure / arrival airports, alternates, airport mínima on VJC’s routes network in order to make calculation of landing and take-off limits for aircraft at currently operating main airports and alternates
- Test the documentation packages before deliver them to the EFB Gateway Administrator to ensure that the packages will work properly
- Support the EFB Program Manager on training activities when requested
- Support FOE Manager on Aircraft System and EFB Administration when requested

- Education: University / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology
- Preference to Major in Air Traffic Management, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering
- Work experience: 0 - 3 years, Fresh graduates may be considered
- Fluent in Vietnamese and in English with at least TOEIC 500
- Knowledge in Basic Engineering
- Familiar with Aviation Operation Standard
- Accountable, self-disciplined, active in work
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Work effectively either independently or in a team
- Proactive and cooperative attitude
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels within the team
