Our client is a Hanoi, Vietnam-based company that is the leading social selling platform for Performance Marketing in Southeast Asia (Social Selling Platform - SSP) and is present in six countries. **Responsibilities**: - Identify, implement, and manage employee experience-optimizing initiatives. - Advise line managers on people-related issues that arise within their departments and functions, offering practical solutions within the confines of local law, best practice, business strategy, and employment policies. - Contribute to the ongoing development of culture by ensuring the promotion and celebration of diversity and inclusiveness among all employees and in all policies and practices. - Serve as an advocate for the firm's desired culture and regional-global alignment, ensuring that both operational and HQ staff in the market feel included and supported. - Ensure fairness in the formulation and implementation of employment policies, procedures, practices, and systems. - Facilitate effective employee onboarding and offboarding. - Develop and implement (as needed) HR systems policy and practice, ensuring that the "handbook" remains current. - Create and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the business as a whole. - Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of an effective compensation and benefits program, including payroll, salary benchmarking, benefit plan maintenance, etc. - Facilitate the development of employee well-being initiatives to ensure that the organization is a desirable place to work; "mindful" of the need for mental, physical, and work-life balance. - Direct and oversee the performance management and evaluation processes. - Development of metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of people strategies in achieving the organization's overall objectives. **Benefits**: A Bachelor's degree with a concentration in human resources is required. Experience with HRIS and talent management systems. Preferred minimum of three to five years of experience at the generalist level. Practical business development experience A desire to work as part of a team with a focus on achieving results. Experience successfully resolving complex employee relations issues. Experience working in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
