**Requirements**:

- ** Electrical Practical Engineer** or similar technical education/background.
- ** Proven experience** in customer-facing roles and customer support.
- ** Hands-on experience** in testing and system engineering.
- Familiarity with **data collection, analysis, and debugging methodologies**.
- ** Fluent Vietnamese** (mandatory).
- ** Fluent English** (mandatory).
- Valid **driver’s license** with a clean driving record (mandatory).
- ** Willingness to travel frequently**, including short-notice trips.
- Experience working with **Linux-based systems** (advantage).

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conducting data collection and closed-loop testing** on Level 4 (L4) autonomous vehicles in **Hanoi, Vietnam**.
- Serving as the **primary customer interface** and providing **onsite technical support in Hanoi**, with occasional travel to China, India, Israel, and other countries as required.
- ** Managing the technical aspects of customer demonstrations**, including system preparation, configuration, and hands-on execution.
- ** Integrating Autobrains products** on Tier 1 and OEM vehicles, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.
- ** Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues**, working closely with the R&D team in Israel for advanced debugging and problem resolution.
- ** Preparing detailed test reports** and proactively raising concerns to management to prevent potential issues.
- ** Maintaining strong relationships with customers**, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- ** Installing complete systems in vehicles**, from initial setup to final deployment, while providing ongoing support for the customer’s vehicle fleet.
- ** Validating the quality of new system versions** through rigorous testing and ensuring updates meet performance standards.
- ** Planning and leading end-to-end (E2E) testing activities** on test tracks, including logistics, execution, and result analysis.
