KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage acquisition campaigns and other assigned duties across various platforms and channels including SEM, social, and display to increase ROI, drive traffic and revenue
- Manage all aspects of ad campaign fulfillment from post-sale campaign scheduling, ad testing & implementation through campaign delivery & performance optimizations across internal and partner network
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance and data based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis
- Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics/Dashboard Ads, Meta Business Suite to assess campaign efficiency and optimization
- Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budget allocation, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs)
- Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements/insights for performance management and optimization purposes across digital channels
- Utilize tools such as google keyword planner, google trends, google insights, Chartmetrics, Crowdtangle to conduct keyword research and gather valuable insights on search trends and user behavior
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of ad operations documentation
- Collaborate with planning and social teams to test strategies and innovation

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or computer science emphasis preferred
- 2+ years work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels
- In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
- Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders
- Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, methodical and problem-solving skills
- Business and creative minded with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management and project management skill
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, thrives in an extremely fast-paced, detail and deadline-oriented environment
