**SUMMARY**:
An exciting and challenging position exists as an **Advertising Operations Coordinator** in DFO Global Performance Commerce's Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam office. Reporting to our **Operations Manager**, you will be responsible for the day-to-day setup, management, and troubleshooting of the various offers in our performance marketing networks.

This is a role that requires a patient and quick mind, great teamwork abilities, professional manner with clients, and a keen sense of organization and workflow.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Setting up clients, offers, and marketing campaigns in our various systems and platforms
- Communicating technical and performance requirements to our various clients
- Working and coordinating with our global ad operations, sales, media buying, FE Dev. and analytics teams
- Acting as a primary point of contact with ad operations issues, including troubleshooting and set-up of campaigns on traffic sources such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Outbrain, Criteo and more
- Assisting in copy, image or URL changes for our various websites
- Improving Operations team processes through custom Python scripts and automation tools like Zapier

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Marketing, sales, and/or customer service experience, or related education
- Knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong aptitude with Microsoft Excel
- Proven analytic and creative skills
- You are performance-driven, want to take on a high level of responsibility, and work in a high paced, high-growth environment
- Experience working with Web APIs and writing Python Scripts
