**PR Account Manager (04)**

**Description**
- Strategic thinking to contribute/build up a communication platform for communication proposals in collaboration with the planning team
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns to meet clients' goals and objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and other media professionals to secure media placements across various platforms.
- Create compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials that effectively communicate clients' messages and story angles.
- Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and other events to generate media coverage and increase brand exposure.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel, regular updates, and reporting on PR activities and results.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, digital, and creative, to integrate PR efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

**Account and project management**
- Develop and maintain client contacts and relationships; expand these contacts into prospects and prospects into customers.
- Provide counsel to clients on communication activities within the context of marketing campaigns to build the client’s brands and contribute to their overall business.
- Ensure that all work related to the implementation of projects meets with and/or exceeds required quality standards as outlined in briefs/instructions set.
- Be responsible for satisfying the client while maintaining agency proficiency.
- Analyze market and consumer information and participate actively in developing an effective event strategy and holistic creative approach.
- Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.

**Leadership**
- Ensure the clear distribution of project management workload and responsibilities between relevant staff.
- Manage job priorities and teams to ensure timeliness of deliverables.
- Train, maintain and develop subordinate staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields, preferably in Public Relations, Marketing, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience in the agency environment.
- Strong networking in the Media Relations industry
- Experience in managing project
- Well management skill and able to lead team
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently with challenging deadline, under high pressure
- Ability to communicate well in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
