**Affiliate Positions**:
**Junior level**
- Research, identify, recruit and prioritize potential business deals — ultimately negotiating favorable terms as well as long-term relationships.
- Deeply understanding online sales funnel (promos) in Nutra market
- Coordinating the contract terms with affiliates
- Negotiate with Affiliate’s to earn the best condition (Approved by TL)
- Support affiliates with integration issues (API,S2S,Postback)
- Find and collect all issues (from Tech, Sale, Product,ect) affect to performance and report to Team Lead
- Analyze Telesales statistic such as: Lead, AR, AR_QA, Trash.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of the Call Center by partner traffic. To Exceed daily, weekly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue and growth of the company
- Working in accordance to Senior expectations and guidelines
- Providing all reports and completing tasks in target time as instructed by direct Senior.
- Clear understanding of traffic & category types

**Middle level**
- Research, identify, recruit and prioritize potential business deals — ultimately negotiating favorable terms as well as long-term relationships.
- Deeply understanding online sales funnel (promos) in Nutra market
- Coordinating the contract terms with Affiliates
- Negotiate with Affiliate’s to earn the best condition (Approved by TL)
- Support affiliates with integration and ability to solve internal technical cases. Deeply understanding (API,S2S, POSTBACK)
- Solve all potential issues to have final results to increase volumes
- Analyze Telesales & Logistic statistic such us: AR, AR_QA, AOV, AOP, DR
- Monitor affiliate activity, analysis of the effectiveness of Call Center, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
- Negotiate with Affiliate’s to earn the best condition (Approved by TL)
- Maintain a high level of communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns for affiliates.
- Find and deal with partners' traffic issues (on our side & affiliates side)
- Propose ideas to improve performance & business process
- To Exceed daily, weekly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue and growth of the company
- Working in accordance to direct manager expectations(TL) and guidelines
- Providing all reports and completing tasks in target time as instructed by direct manager
- Report to Team Lead any information about new type of working PROMOS
