Influencer Marketing Executive who knows how to spot the right voices, cultivate authentic relationships, and turn UGC into culture-shaping campaigns. You'll also be the force behind building our
affiliate marketing
engine, helping us turn creators into long-term advocates and fueling both brand love and sales growth.
What You'll Do
Partnerships and Collaborations - Primary Focus
- Identify, vet and establish relationships with influencers, brands and other organizations aligned with DopeSkill's brand image, mission and values.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure successful outcomes, including usage rights, deliverables and contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnerships into broader marketing strategies, including Social & Performance teams.
- Track and report on performance, refining approaches to grow the creator network.
Affiliate Marketing
- Launch and scale DopeSkill's affiliate program into a high-performing growth channel.
- Build long-term partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and publishers who align with our brand.
- Drive joint promotional campaigns that spark engagement and sales.
- Track performance with a sharp eye on KPIs and ROI—then double down on what works.
- Stay ahead of affiliate marketing trends, bringing fresh strategies to fuel consistent growth.
What We're Looking For
Work Experience and Background:
- At least 6 months
of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing or similar roles—apparel industry preferred.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing and affiliate marketing platforms is preferred.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, Languages, or related fields—top universities or international equivalents preferred.
Skills:
- Strong English skills required; Must possess an IELTS 6.5 or higher, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative and adaptable, with the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High ownership skills, with ability
to work independently and as part of a team
Other good-to-haves:
- Direct experience in the apparel/fashion industry or with cross-border DTC apparel brands.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and task management tools (e.g: Notion, Slack, Google Docs)

Working hours and location:
- Working time: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, from Monday to Friday - With a 1h45 lunch break.
- Working location: Insights Office – Floors 2 & 3, Century Tower, Vinhomes Times City, 458 Minh Khai, Hai Bà Trưng, Hanoi, Vietnam
