MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive strategic plan to enhance overall productivity and achieve resort goals.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing efficient processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the resort adheres to company standards for excellence and quality in all aspects of operations.
- Business Expansion: Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships and partnerships.
- Stakeholder Relations: Manage external relationships with staff benefit representatives, applicants, government officials, and local community members to maintain positive relationships and enhance the resort's reputation.
- Guidance and Feedback: Develop professional training strategies for employees. Directly train and guide Heads of Departments (HODs) to strengthen management skills and soft skills, bringing professionalism and overall success to the resort.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor‘s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related.
Over 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of managing successful operations.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional results.
In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and guest preferences.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification from relevant industry associations is a plus.
