Position summary

The scope of responsibilities includes supporting the formulation of strategic planning for the program, course management, where needed, quality assurance, student relationship management, human resource management, program budgeting and resource management and research planning.

Our requirements- PhD in Tourism and Hospitality Management equivalent relevant qualification- Broad and in-depth knowledge of the disciplines specifically in Rooms Division management, Facilities management, Event management- Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver programs at undergraduate and post-graduate levels, including online delivery and, the ability to produce high quality curriculum or program materials.- 3 years of teaching in Higher Education- Industry experience is desirable.- Highly rated performance relating to student outcomes, student experience and feedback- Excellent team player- Culturally adept and agile.- Ability to display appropriate behaviour in line with the position as per the- RMIT Values
