**JOB PURPOSE**

The Supply Chain Planning Executive is responsible for managing demand and supply planning activities to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels. This role also takes ownership of task tracking and operational reporting to support team alignment, process discipline, and performance visibility.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Demand & Supply Planning**
- Consolidate and analyze sales forecasts, promotions, and historical trends to generate demand plans.
- Align with teams to translate demand into feasible supply plans.
- Track lead times, supply risks, and ensure timely replenishment to meet service level targets.

**Inventory Management**
- Monitor inventory levels across distribution points and warehouses.
- Maintain healthy stock cover, reduce excess and slow-moving inventory.
- Participate in stock health reviews and support decision-making on reallocation, liquidation, or restocking.

**Task Tracking & Reporting**
- Maintain a daily and weekly task tracker for key planning and operational activities (e.g. forecast submissions, PO follow-ups, inventory checks).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of planning-related tasks.
- Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing team KPIs, task status, and planning milestones (e.g. cutoffs, alignment cycles).

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Support the S&OP process by providing up-to-date supply-demand balance, constraints, and scenario inputs.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align on forecast changes and market updates.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to address delivery issues and stock deployment.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in supply or demand planning in FMCG or related industries.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; familiarity with planning tools or ERP systems preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
