Chiến Lược Quản Lý Rủi Ro (Risk Management Strategy)Xây dựng, quản lý và cập nhật liên tục các chiến lược quản lý rủi ro, phòng chống gian lận cho thẻ tín dụng. _Develop, manage, and continuously update risk management and fraud prevention strategies for credit cards._Theo kịp các xu hướng của ngành, các rủi ro mới nổi và các thay đổi về quy định để đảm bảo chủ động điều chỉnh các phương pháp giảm thiểu rủi ro. _Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to ensure proactive adjustments to risk mitigation approaches._Triển khai & Giám sát hệ thống (System Implementation and Monitoring)Triển khai và giám sát hoạt động của hệ thống nhằm ngăn ngừa rủi ro gian lận trong giao dịch thẻ tín dụng. _Implement, monitor, and supervise the operation of systems dedicated to preventing fraud risks in credit card transactions._Cộng tác với các nhóm chức năng để đảm bảo tính tích hợp và hiệu quả của các công cụ giám sát rủi ro. _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and effectiveness of risk monitoring tools._Quản lý Tranh chấp thẻ & Bồi hoàn (Card Dispute and Chargeback Management)Trực tiếp quản lý, điều hành các hoạt động liên quan đến quá trình tranh chấp và bồi hoàn thẻ. _Directly manage and administer activities related to card dispute and chargeback processes._Phân tích và giải quyết tranh chấp hiệu quả, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định của ngành và chính sách nội bộ. _Analyze and resolve disputes efficiently, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies._Báo cáo & Phân tích (Reporting and Analysis)Tạo báo cáo toàn diện về giám sát rủi ro thẻ, giải quyết tranh chấp và hoạt động bồi hoàn. _Generate comprehensive reports on card risk monitoring, dispute resolution, and chargeback activities._Tiến hành phân tích kỹ lưỡng dữ liệu để xác định các mô hình, xu hướng và các lĩnh vực cần cải tiến liên tục. _Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for continuous improvement._

**Requirements**:
Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Tài chính, Ngân hàng, CNTT hoặc các ngành liên quan. _Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, IT, or a related field._Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thẻ tín dụng và ít nhất 3 năm trong lĩnh vực quản lý rủi ro thẻ, phòng chống gian lận và giải quyết tranh chấp trong ngành tài chính. _At least 5 years of experience in the credit card industry, and at least 3 years in card risk management, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution within the financial industry._Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về hệ thống thẻ, báo cáo/cơ sở dữ liệu thẻ và SQL. _Experience in card systems, card reports/ databases, and SQL is preferred._Kiến thức chuyên sâu về hoạt động thẻ tín dụng, các quy định và xu hướng quản lý rủi ro. _In-depth knowledge of credit card operations, regulations, and risk management trends._Kỹ năng phân tích tốt và thành thạo trong việc sử dụng dữ liệu để đánh giá rủi ro. _Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing data for risk assessment._Kỹ năng giao tiếp và lãnh đạo xuất sắc để cộng tác với các nhóm đa chức năng. _Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams._Khả năng thích ứng với bối cảnh ngành đang phát triển và thực hiện các chiến lược giảm thiểu rủi ro đổi mới. _Ability to adapt to evolving industry landscapes and implement innovative risk mitigation strategies._
