**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**: - Planning, execute and manage all content in-house on social channel (Facebook | Tiktok | Youtube).- Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness and reporting on the content of the implementation of outsourced partners: video production, images, livestreaming, KOCs/KOLs, agencies, freelancers, media,... - Coordinate with MKT Showroom to complete content plan & production. - Tracking, report and planning to improve the effectiveness of Content Marketing - Create content according to the direction of the Brand & Leader - Support some task as required by Leader **BENEFIT** - Experience a youthful, dynamic working environment - Annual training, active and challenging environment. - Participate in internal activities according to company policies - Social Insurance, Health insurance, Unemployment insurance. - Buy company products with special "discount-price" policy **KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU**: - Possess a Bachelor Degree preferably in Business, Marketing or the equivalent; - At least 1-2 years in creative department, demonstrated experience in creative development and localization on new activities and sustaining campaigns; - Technology savvy, especially on Car is a plus; - Team player who takes personal ownership of assigned tasks.
