- To ensure the accuracy and completeness of investment transactions to meet both local regulatory and financial report (VAS) and Group reporting (IFRS) requirements.

Đảm bảo tính chính xác, đầy đủ của các nghiệp vụ liên quan đến tài sản đầu tư nhằm đáp ứng đầy đủ yêu cầu về theo các chuẩn kế toán Việt Nam (VAS) và chuẩn mực kế toán quốc tế (IFRS).
- Work with Fund admin and Supervisory bank and Eastspring Investment Fund on daily basis to ensure all the information related to PVA invested assets and investment transactions are reconciled and supported by sufficient and valid supporting documents and complied with regulation and PVA investment guideline and policy.

Thực hiện đối soát định kỳ với Ngân hàng giám sát/lưu ký và Công ty quản lý quỹ nhằm đảm báo các tài sản đầu tư và các giao dịch phát sinh ghi nhận trên các căn cứ tài liệu phù hợp và tuân thủ theo quy định của pháp luật và chính sách/hướng dẫn về quy trình đầu tư của PVA.
- Ensure unit price of unit linked product are valued correctly and timely as per local regulation.

Đảm bảo giá đơn vị quỹ của sản phẩm liên kết đơn vị được định giá chính xác và kịp thời theo quy định luật hiện hành.
- Produce report on regular basis to meet requirement of various stakeholders included both local and group level.

Lập và xem xét đánh giá các báo cáo đầu tư định kỳ đúng thời hạn theo kỳ vọng của các bên liên quan ở cấp địa phương và tập đoàn.
- Support Investment Committee to work with relevant stakeholders to recommend appropriate investment assets aligned with Investment guidelines and strategic asset allocation to meet the fund objectives.

Hỗ trợ Hội đồng Đầu tư phối hợp với các bên liên quan để đề xuất các tài sản đầu tư phù hợp phù hợp với Nguyên tắc đầu tư và phân bổ tài sản chiến lược nhằm đáp ứng các mục tiêu của quỹ.
- Record transactions to accounting book, monitoring to ensure all investment transactions are valued correctly and recorded to accounting system (SUNGL) timely and completeness.

Thực hiện hạch toán, xem xét và đối chiếu đảm bảo các tài sản đầu tư được định giá chính xác và nghiệp vụ liên quan đến hoạt động đầu tư được ghi nhận vào hệ thống kịp thời, đầy đủ.
- Regular perform unit valuation for unit link product and record related transactions as per local regualtion after reconciling with related third parties such as fund manager and supervisory & Custodian banks.

Thực hiện định kỳ định giá đơn vị quỹ của sản phẩm bảo hiểm liên kết đơn vị và ghi nhận các nghiệp vụ có liên quan theo quy định của pháp luật sau khi đối soát với các bên có liên quan như công ty quản lý quỹ, ngân hàng giám sát và lưu ký
- Monitoring and checking compliance to ensure investment activities in line with regulation and internal policies.

Kiểm tra báo cáo tuân thủ để đảm bảo hoạt động đầu tư theo đúng quy định của pháp luật và chính sách nội bộ của công ty
- Preparing/ checking investment reports and investment performance.

Chuẩn bị/ đối chiếu các báo cáo liên quan đến tài sản đầu tư và hiệu quả đầu tư.
- Facilitate the quarterly PVA Investment Committee and other relevant investment dialogues with Group stakeholdes and Fund Manager.

Chuẩn bị tài liệu và hỗ trợ các cuộc họp Ủy ban Đầu tư PVA hàng quý cũng như các cuộc họp cần thiết với bộ phận có liên quan ở tập đoàn và Công ty quản lý Quỹ.
- Perform neccesary analysis and work with Fund Manager and relevant stakeholders to evaluate new invested assets or regular review investment guidelines to be aligned with investment objectives to seek Investment Committee approval.

Thực hiện phân tích cần thiết và làm việc với Công ty quản lý quỹ và các bên liên quan để đánh giá tài sản đầu tư mới hoặc xem xét thường xuyên các hướng dẫn đầu tư cho phù hợp với mục tiêu đầu tư để Hội đồng đầu tư phê duyệt.
