- Support managing Company’s asset portfolio including residential, office, retail projects. Monitoring project timeline, legal process, budget, cash flow, and return for each asset.
- Getting involves in new investments including research, deal evaluation, and structuring, financial analysis (including feasibility studies); Support to prepare approval papers/documents to seek approval from Management and the Group’s Investment Committee.
- Set up, control and monitor key performance indicators for respective departments during the project planning, development and operation.
- Work closely with various internal departments and external partners, local authorities, agents, lawyers, consultants, business associates for any issues related to the assets.
- Support maintaining relationships with bankers and investors, partners and stakeholders.
- Perform market research, macro updates, law and regulation updates, and other reports.
- Prepare approval papers as required by the company’s process.
- Assist in other works as required by the Investment & Portfolio Management Team.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in business development of the real estate industry
- Knowledge of Vietnam’s real estate market and real estate related space
- A highly numerate, strategic thinker with good analytical skills and working knowledge of financial tools
- Background in finance, accounting, real estate or auditing and strong in financial modelling and deal structuring
- Excellence communicator in both English and Vietnamese
- Excellence presentations and negotiations skills
- Resourcefulness with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a highly stressed, dynamic and challenging environment and meet deadlines
- Focused and thoughtful personality and social adept
- Ability to carry out miscellaneous works and follow up throughout different steps of a deal
