**1. Hoạt động quản lý ngân quỹ**:
**Quản lý dòng tiền và giao dịch ngân hàng**:

- Theo dõi và cập nhật số dư tiền mặt, tiền gửi hàng ngày của Công ty.
- Hỗ trợ lập báo cáo dòng tiền ngày/tuần của Công ty.
- Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch dòng tiền ngắn hạn và dài hạn, đảm bảo đủ thanh khoản cho hoạt động.
- Quản lý các tài khoản ngân hàng tại nước ngoài, mở/đóng tài khoản khi cần thiết.

**Báo cáo và phân tích**:

- Hỗ trợ lập báo cáo dòng tiền hàng ngày/tuần/tháng cho Ban lãnh đạo.
- Hỗ trợ theo dõi báo cáo cam kết tín dụng, điều tiền, financial covenant theo các hợp đồng tín dụng với Ngân hàng.
- Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị báo cáo phục vụ kiểm toán và các cơ quan quản lý.

**2. Dự án huy động vốn**:

- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ, tài liệu chào bán, bản giới thiệu dự án (pitch deck/IM) và báo cáo tài chính để thực hiện các dự án huy động vốn: vay ngân hàng, phát hành trái phiếu, vay vốn nước ngoài,...
- Thực hiện cập nhật VJC presentation.
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ: các tài liệu kinh doanh, đăng ký kinh doanh, hợp đồng,của Công ty cho các dự án huy động vốn.
- Các hồ sơ, văn bản, theo dõi chi trả gốc lãi đình kỳ của trái phiếu của Công ty.
- Hỗ trợ phân tích tình hình tài chính, lập kế hoạch dòng tiền và khả năng trả nợ của Công ty để xây dựng phương án huy động vốn.
- Theo dõi và báo cáo tình hình triển khai dự án huy động vốn hàng tuần tới Ban Lãnh đạo.
- Cập nhật xu hướng thị trường vốn, quy định pháp luật và sản phẩm tài chính mới.

**_1. Treasury Operation:_**_ _
**_Cash Management & Banking:_**_ _
- _Monitor and update the company’s daily cash and deposit balances. _
- _Support the preparation of daily/weekly cash flow reports. _
- _Assist in developing short-term and long-term cash flow plans to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations. _
- _Manage overseas bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts when necessary. _

**_Reporting & Analysis:_**_ _
- _Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports for the management. _
- _Assist in monitoring credit commitment reports, fund transfers, and financial covenants in accordance with loan agreements with banks. _
- _Support the preparation of reports for audits and regulatory authorities. _

**_2. Fund Raising Project:_**_ _
- _Prepare documents, offering materials, project presentations (pitch deck/IM), and financial statements for fundraising projects such as bank loans, bond issuances, and foreign borrowings. _
- _Update the VJC presentation. _
- _Prepare necessary documents for fundraising projects, including business documents, business registration certificates, contracts,... _
- _Manage bond-related documents, monitor periodic principal and interest payments. _
- _Support financial analysis, cash flow planning and debt repayment capacity assessment to develop fundraising strategies. _
- _Monitor and report the weekly progress of fundraising project implementation to the management. _
- _Stay updated on capital market trends, legal regulations, and new financial products._

**Requirements**:
**1. Học vấn**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành tài chính ngân hàng, kinh tế, kế toán hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.

**2. Kinh nghiệm**:

- Tối thiểu 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan.

**3. Ngôn ngữ**:

- Chứng chỉ Tiếng Anh: TOEIC tối thiểu 300 hoặc các chứng chỉ tương đương (IELTS/TOEFL/...).
- Sử dụng tiếng Anh thành thạo, đặc biệt là kỹ năng đọc hiểu và biên dịch các tài liệu liên quan đến công việc phụ trách.

**4. Yêu cầu khác**:

- Có hiểu biết về quy định pháp luật tài chính - ngân hàng.
- Có kiến thức về phân tích báo cáo tài chính.
- Thành thạo MS Office, Word, Excel.
- Kỹ năng phân tích, tổng hợp thông tin, giao tiếp tốt.
- Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao.

**_1. Education:_**_ _
- _Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Banking, Economics, Accounting or a related field. _

**_2. Experience:_**_ _
- _At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience. _

**_3. Language skills:_**_ _
- _English certificate: TOEIC minimum 300 or equivalent certificate (IELTS/TOEFL/...). _
- _Proficient in English, especially in reading comprehension and translating work-related documents. _

**_4. Other requirements:_**_ _
- _Good understanding of financial and banking regulations. _
- _Solid knowledge of financial statement analysis. _
- _Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel. _
- _Strong analytical, information synthesis and communication skills. _
- _Ability to work under high pressure._
